100% Glera grown and hand-pickedin Valdobbiadene hills within the heart of the DOCG area. It is labelled as DOCbecause Italian regulations presclude Bottega's gold-plated botlle from beinglabelled as a DOCG. A single fermentation from the must to the bubblespreserving the delicate aromas.
 
Tasting Notes:
This fashionable golden bottle ofprosecco has light straw yellow in color, with a   steadystream of fine bubbles.  A clean fresh citrus, flowery and herbaceous,with hints of honey, apple and pear. Rounded and complex taste, a well proseccowith a lovely fiinish.
Good to pair with Sushi, Shrimpdumpling, Spring roll.
