Region: Champagne, France
Grape Variety: Pinot Meunier
Highlights / Critic Review:
The Organic Champagne by Charles de Cazanove unveils the quintessence of the soil while taking care of delightful and discovering aspects. It is a tribute to Nature. The organic cuvée is an exclusively blend of Pinot Meunier from Vandières terroir in the « Vallée de la Marne ». 15% of reserve wines is added in its composition.
Tasting Notes:
The colour is light gold with a generous effervescence. The nose is subtle and reveals soft autumn notes, then candied fruits to finish with small red berries. The palate is fresh, balanced with an elegant acidity and unveils pomegranate flavours to give a slightly lemon finish.
