Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut (375 ml) - Champagne, France

Moët's white golden NV Impérial Brut is an assemblage of equal parts of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (30% to 40% of each) and a smaller proportion of Chardonnay. Bright and fresh fruit aromas of yellow apples, ripe pears and lemons, along with floral flavors and a hint of stones and almond croissant lead to a medium-bodied, elegant, pretty intense and well structured palate; it has nice freshness and generous fruit.

Chateau de Maligny Petit Chablis (White Wine) 375ml

Le Petit Chablis is a pleasant fresh wine, typified with a well-present minerality and floral aromas. It has a good attack accompanied by an aromatic persistence in the mouth.

Domaine de La Janasse Côtes-du-Rhône (Red Wine) 375ml

A balance blend of Mourvèdre, Syrah, Carignan and Cinsault. Attractive black plum in colour. The nose offers gobs of jammy black fruits intermixed with a delicious spiciness. The body is equally full, vibrant and concentrated. A well structured, well made wine all round.

Les Carmes de Rieussec 2014 (Dessert Wine) 375ml RP 88-90

Wine Advocate-Parker :"The Carmes de Rieussec 2014 is a blend of 92% Semillon and 4% each of Muscadelle and Sauvignon Blanc. It has a very pure and honeyed bouquet that demonstrates superb intensity. The palate is unctuous on the entry with a touch of ginger, plenty of botrytised fruit but just missing the persistence on the finish that cuts away a little swiftly, just as the wine is getting into its stride. Still, this should be a capable deuxième vin."
