Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY POLICY
  • Free delivery for wine orders over HK$1,200 (One destination only)

  • For purchase amount below HK$1,200, we will charge you HK$150 per order. All delivery charges paid are non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for goods once we confirmed your order.

  • For any location located on the Third (3rd) Floor or below without a  lift or an escalator, an extra HK$60 surcharge will be imposed. An Additional delivery surcharge of HK$60 per flight of stairs will be charged for any location located on the fourth (4th) Floor or above without a lift or an escalator.

  • Delivery service is only available to address located on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Discovery Bay or Ma Wan.

  • Our normal delivery schedule is: Monday to Saturday 12:00 pm to 7 pm. No Delivery service for Sunday and Hong Kong Public Holidays

  • The cutoff time for order delivery processing is 4pm from Monday to Friday. All orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following weekday. All orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next following Monday.

  • Deliveries typically take 1-2 days. The delivery officer will contact you once your order delivery is scheduled

Please be careful when providing the delivery details for your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping information provided to us is correct and accurate. Unfortunately, TastingArt, CaptivateYu Limited cannot be held responsible for any failed deliveries that occur as a result of the following:

  • The recipient’s unavailability at the specified delivery address within the specified delivery period

  • An incorrect delivery address

  • There is insufficient information about the recipient to complete the delivery

  • The contact telephone number of the recipient is incorrect or invalid

If you realise that you have provided incorrect information, please contact Customer Support on (+852) 9305 3425 at least 48 hours in advance of the requested delivery time.

f products are not delivered as a result of the recipient’s unavailability or due to inaccurate delivery information, the purchaser will be required to pay an additional delivery charges of HK$300. If the order involves perishable products, such as fresh fruits, beverage, food or any other perishable products, and delivery cannot be made on the same working day or the next working day, there will be a requirement to replace your entire order in order to ensure the highest quality products are delivered. The replacement will be charged at a 5% discount off the original price of the goods.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  • You are entitled to exchange products which are found to be damaged or not in good condition upon delivery. In such case, you can contact our customer service department to make arrangement for exchange within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.

  • If we agree you are entitled to an exchange but the products to be exchanged are sold out, you may return such product to us and apply the amount paid to buy alternative product(s).

  • In exceptional case at our sole discretion, we will refund the amount paid to your credit card bank account (takes about 4-6 weeks).

  • Original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt must be produced to us for the request of a product exchange.
