Tasting Notes:
The clean and bright yellowcolor, with fine, numerous and persistent bubbles. The nose is flowery andherbaceous, with hints of apple and pear. On the palate it is dry, crispy with light acidity. Good balance andlength.
Good to pair with Sushi, Shrimpdumpling, Spring roll.
