Region: Champagne, France
Grape Variety: Chardonnay
Rating / Award: IWC 95
Highlights / Critic Review:
With over 200 years of history in every bottle, it's no wonder Charles de Cazanove's Head Winemaker, Christope Repeneau, was named Sparkling Winemaker of the Year at the international Wine Challenge 2017.
Tasting Notes:
Pale gold color. Fresh with initial citrus fruit nose, followed by pears and a hint of minerality. On the palate, really fresh, invigorating and elegant.
Aperitif and good to pair with white meat or fish.
