Tasting Notes:
An array of flavor, including toasted brioche, Gala apple, lemon zest,graphite and ginger, with a touch of honey. Elegant, but with good intensityand a moderate, nut-tinged finish.
Good to pair with oyster, shrimp dumpling and spring roll.
